Background / Biography
Hatish (Matiss Bekeris) is a beat-maker from Ventspils, a city located in the East-coast of Latvia. He began making beats in 2009 when he became interested in the process of hip-hop beat-making and decided to try it out himself.
Hip-hop is, and has been for several years, the only musical genre that can truly meet his demands as a listener. Since hip-hop has always been largely based on the foundations of sampling, Hatish, too, mostly uses this technique when creating his music. Been collaborating with different artists from Latvia, France and USA.
He believes every beat-maker was born with his own style and approach to creating music; everything else is just the matter of practice and experience.

A word of advice: Turn it up!
