If you have a subscription or you plan on getting one you will need to make sure that any prior subscription that you have, has been cancelled AND expired before purchasing a different subscription. For example if you want to upgrade from Platinum to Diamond - you will need to wait for the Platinum subscription to expire before purchasing the Diamond and vice versa.
