Background / Biography
Yg Spade~ has over 5 years’ experience from working in the Entertainment Industry. He was raised in Dallas,TX where he began producing and creating music in his early adolescent years for local/independent groups as well as himself. He states" There was always somebody who knew somebody who wanted to sing,rap, perform, or be the next MJ; that's where I came in, to give them the opportunity to tap into my networks and produce for em' because I knew how hard it was for an artist to come up without the proper insight on the the industry." This early uprising gave Spade knowledge on various software such as Cakewalk,Reason, Protools as young as 15 which would later lead him to public figures who would grant him access to work with them on productions by MTV, BET, First Out Entertainment, and others. He has worked as a Production Coordinator and Assistant, as a Grip, and Entertainment Relations Consultant, all ranging from Music/Fashion Events to actual Movie/Stage Productions. All his work has been behind scenes yet has worked on productions for figures such as Dwayne Wade, Lil Flip, Dorrough (Primetime Click), Big Chief, and more. Adding to his professionalism, Spade has met with numerous record label execs before even dropping his own album/ or mixtape which speaks volumes on his networking and creative skills.
